That tiger is from the Sriracha Tiger Zoo in Thailand, that picture was taken for entertainment purposes. Not because “the mother tiger was depressed about losing her cubs”. 

The zoo is now shut down due to about 90 tigers dying from an influenza outbreak. The outbreak is thought to be caused by the tigers being fed raw chicken carcasses.
These people also sold many of their tigers to China (the body parts of the tigers are used for medicine in China.)

Using animals for entertainment is disgusting. Wouldn’t you agree? Spread the word.
